Brownie Batter Overnight Protein Oats

 

 

Looking for a quick breakfast idea? We recommend these delicious Brownie Batter Overnight Protein Oats! Not only are oat nutritious, they are loaded with fiber to keep you full, and they are rich in antioxidants.  Eating oats can lower your cholesterol and improve your blood sugar levels too.


 
The problem with oats? They taste pretty bland. But, not to worry, these oats taste so delicious you'll think you're having a cheat meal for breakfast!

East Breakfast Idea:  

Here's what you'll need to make Brownie Batter Overnight Protein Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 oz protein powder
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Sweetener to taste

Instructions:

Place all ingredients into a mason jar or an approximately 16oz jar you've washed and rinsed. Stir, and refrigerate overnight. In the morning pop the top and top with sliced bananas and dark chocolate. Voila! Breakfast is ready.
